□Returns

 If you are not 100% satisfied with our products you may return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund (less shipping charges).    If the items not used extensively / broken then it will not be returned.

 

□Exchanges

You are welcome to exchange items in a different scale or rail size within 90 days of purchase.    If the items not used extensively / broken then it will not be returned.
 Shipping charges will be charges.     Difference amount can be returned / claimed based on the items value.

□Cancellations

You cannot cancel the iterm after placing the order.   You can only return or exchange.

□How To Return / Exchange an Items

Before you return / exchange any item, you must contact us at " CONTACT US" page to obtain a Return / Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA / EMA) number.   We will provide complete return / exchange instructions when we issue the RMA / EMA number.
